"What has been one of the most difficult encounters in your life?"
“The most difficult encounter has been dealing with the loss of my grandpa.
He was like a father to me and losing him was a big hit for me.”

  1. A loss is the most difficult challenge there is. It deals with strength of the heart and the mind, but as well what you do and where you go in life after the loss.

  7. Losing someone is very difficult especially if they have had a big impact on your life. Although it may be hard you must have strength to show your loved one that you will make them proud. Time moves on so you have to make the best of it because your loved one is watching you from above; make them proud and make yourself proud.

  9. A loss in the family can really take toll on you, especially if they were close. Also you were so young, so I couldn't imagine what you were going through. I'm glad that you're good now but just know that stuff like that builds character and strength.

  10. When you lose someone so close to you, that early in life is so difficult. I recently lost someone who I was close to, and now I don´t feel the same academic motivation that I had when he was alive. It can hurt you both mentally, and physically. However, we just have to remember that we need to stay strong for the ones we have lost.

  11. I totally feel you. I was really hard for me as well to get over my grandpa's death. But with the help of friends and families members I got over it and realized that it's part of life,

  12. I understand your pain. I still remember when my grandpa passed away. It was hard to deal with. For so many days, months and years, my heart was in agony. If it weren't for the peace loved ones brought into my life, I'm not sure if how I would have confronted this situation. Up to this date I miss him but I have now understood that things happen for a reason.

  13. I've been lucky enough to yet have not lose someone very close to me. I wouldn't be able to relate much. Just thinking of someone being gone forever is a crazy thought. It is the life cycle.

  15. This is a big fear of mine! Everyday I pray to God to protect my loved ones. I have not yet gone through what you have but I can only imagine your pain. Its even more difficult when not all your family members live close to you.

  16. I agree with you because when you loose some, and we can all relate to loosing a loved one, which means we can support each other in some way or form.

  17. It sucks to lose someone close, or just anyone in general. I myself lost my grandpa about a month ago. I was not close to him though but yet it hurt. Sometimes though you have to look at the bright side of things. Stay strong Edgar!
