What is your biggest regret?
Not trying my hardest in school, and not putting the effort that I knew I could.
What would you do different?
Studying more, asking more questions, not being so quiet.
In the end, I learned to not procrastinate with my work.
I can relate to this regret. Though I tried relatively hard at school, I definitely didn't put forth my best effort. Hopefully I will be determined to work harder as a student to get better grades.
ReplyDeleteI like this because she was honest about something that is very hard to admit. I think a lot of people can relate to her because there are time where people like to not do work. I like that she stated what she would do different.
ReplyDeleteI can relate!!!! I know that at the beginning I didn't put my best effort.... Yet I would totally give your advice to someone who can avoid this mishap.

ReplyDeleteI am glad you realized this, even if it was late. I believe if you get into good habits right away, you will stay in them. You will be set for your future, and it will make life much easier.
ReplyDeleteHaving this realization is very hard on a person but I believe you learned very soon how your mindset about things can change. I hope that knowing this helped you begin studying and being more concentrated and determined in school. I had this realisation as well this year and I learned I still had time to get my act together.
ReplyDeleteI can agree with you in a way. I wish I spoke up more and tried harder my freshman year. I think this is a struggle everyone faces at one point in their lives.
ReplyDeleteYou are right about this. I feel like a lot of people have this same problem. We don't take the advice from other upperclassman but then we realize they were right.
ReplyDeleteLike I said on Adal's comment this can't be anymore true. I realize now that the effort I put in school determines my future. Now that I'm older I take everything serious and know not to mess around.
