Do we really have free will?
It’s like 'yes' and 'no'; 'yes', certain situations we have control over like owning a business and going to the store, so basically no restrictions. 'No' because there is a catch to everything, like the saying 'this is a free country’.
Wow! this statement makes a good point. As people who live in this country we have been told of freedom of speech or free will. But in reality can we really be free to say anything or being able to do things we want. It is something to think about. Life is never free and if we go out and speak our minds,We will be singled out and judged.
ReplyDeleteI like this question and I love this answer. It was something different than the other ones. I agree with Erin, there is some sort of freedom at certain extents.
ReplyDeleteYes I agree to this because growing up as an undocumented kid, I never really saw this as a free country. How ever i had the freedom to g outside and to the store. How ever not to do a lot of thing like everyone else so was I really free?
ReplyDeleteWell It depends on what you mean free will, like controlling your life in stuff well really no. Evening opening a business you don't have a control over because you don't have control on if that business will be successful. In life there's pretty much no free will
