How was your high school experience? Was it what you expected it to be?
Uhh yes, then no. I thought it was going to be like High School Musical or any other high school movie. I have expected those Friday night football games and HUGE dances, although the dances were all still fun anyway! I also thought there would be cliques like the whole popular group and just different types of groups of people, but now I see that it doesn’t exist. Of course, everyone has their own cliques, but everyone is their own person. Entering high school, I hoped to mature & change for the better, and I did! Although it wasn’t what I expected to be, it was a good experience overall!
I like how she talked about expecting High School to be like a movie or what media portrays because they always show big high schools and not little ones like ours. I could relate because i thought of it the same way. Although it was not what I expected either, I have made the best of my time here and did all I could to enjoy High school here at veritas.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I expected many big dances and games like they show in the movies. It not like that at all especially since our school is very small. However, it has still been fun and a great experience.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Maria, I also expected more of big dances and big football games. Everyone does have their own cliques but at times we do have moments that everyone includes everyone. Our high school years have been a good experience even though it's not a like high school musical or something.
