What motivates you to skate?
What motivates me to skate is all of the really good skaters that I know that people look up to. Also the feeling I get when I land a new trick is great.
I remember the day when Conner and him were trying to teach Carly how to skate. I kinda wanted to learn too, but I didn't have the appropriate shoes. They did a good job though and Carly was a great student.
Almost everyday before and after school I see him and Conner practicing by the side of the school. I think that it's amazing how they always want to skate and never get tired if it. Also, just how they want to keep learning and skating.
That picture though. XD But seriously. I've met plenty of people who know how to skate but not many who want to be looked up to and leave an impact. Seeing them skate everyday is cool, especially since many of them have been doing it since freshman year. It's amazing to see such a drive for something you love.

ReplyDeleteCool sunglasses. Who took this picture? I always thought skaters were kind of overlooked, it's good to have some exposure in the real world.
